Is it time for me to get a new car?

Currently I own a 1999 Saturn SC Coupe (which they don't make these anymore.) I had it since summer of 2003. I never had a real bad problem with it since and it never broke down on me. The car had a history of bad brakes, water pump leaks, oil leaks and I since fixed them all. I been taking very good care of it (oil change, tune ups.) My car is now up to 170,000 miles and its still runs very good and I sometimes I drive it 90 to 120 miles from my home town once a year. In the recent months, i been debating whether to keep the car to buy a new or use car. What should i do?
