Can I get a government grant for home repair because I live near an airport and I am in the fly zone?

I live in Michigan. My home is only about five miles from the Flint Bishop airport. I have heard I may be eligible for a government grant for home repair because I am so close and airplanes fly low over my house to land. I was wondering if there was any truth to this and if so, where do I find more information about applying for such a grant. Thanks.
