People from north Carolina help me?

Ok so right I'm I am currently living in Flint Michigan, at the end of June I am moving to Winston Salem north Carolina I was wondering what the people are like and is their high school big or small? I'll be a junior . Is their anything to do in Winston Salem any info would be helpful so I know what and were I'm moving to lol.
