SERIOUS Power Steering Problem!!... Need help?

POTRC has a good idea, but before I got that deep into it I would check the pressure coming out of the pump. They or the rebuilder could have either damaged or not properly installed the pressure relief valve and it is totally open at all times. The valve should not open until about 1400 psi.
