Top ten worst cities in the U.S?

Okay. I live in Michigan and I know that Flint and Detroit are preetty bad. They ranked the first 2 on the top ten worst cities in the U.S. list. However, my friend is trying to tell me that Camden, Ohio is sooo much worse than Flint by so much and that all the lists I see are lying. I don't know what is correct. I believe the lists more, though, because my friend always thinks he's right when he isn't (he tried to tell me that Michigan only has water up north when we are surrounded by the great lakes). Is Camden Worse than Flint, or what? Maybe you people can tell me..? [:
