How much does it cost to paint a bumper/whole car?

I drive an 03 Accord coupe and the sun has been kicking the crap out of its paint job lately. The whole roof is fading so I'm thinking I might get the whole car painted. Also my parents were over with their 2010 Accord Sedan that I took to get washed long story short I was mad on the phone pulled into a space thinking the cars had similar builds that I park my car in all the time and scratched the side of their bumper. Can anyone give a rough estimate as to how much it'd cost to paint my car and my parents' bumper?
