Zippo Blu won't ignite??????

I got a zippo blu today and I filled it up with the vector quintuple refined butane and it worked fine and now it's on and off. Sometimes it ignites and some (most) times I doesn't. I know its not the flint because I already checked that. It makes a spark and I can hear butane coming out but it won't ignite.
