I HAVE A PEUGOUT 307 COUPE 2004 REG, NEED TO SELL?

However the clutch/fan belt maybe playing up. I am not sure what is wong with it, and i dont want to take it to the garage as this will cost money, what is the best thing to suggest, to be able to sell the car as it is? Thanks.
